Shipping & Delivery
How do you ship live animals safely?
We use insulated boxes and professional-grade heat or cold packs depending on the season. Our priority is the safety of the animals, so we only ship when weather conditions are appropriate on both ends.
When do you ship orders?
To avoid weekend delays, we typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. This ensures your new pets arrive before the postal service takes a break.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across both Peninsular and East Malaysia. Shipping times may vary between regions, typically taking 1-3 business days for Peninsular and slightly longer for Sabah and Sarawak.
Animal Care
Are isopods good pets for beginners?
Absolutely! Most species are very hardy and require minimal daily maintenance. They are fascinating to watch and serve as a great introduction to the world of invertebrates.
What do I need to prepare before my pets arrive?
You should have an enclosure ready with the appropriate substrate, moisture gradient, and hiding spots. Check our Care Guides for specific requirements for each species.
Can I mix different species of isopods?
Generally, we don't recommend mixing species. Different species have different growth rates and environmental needs, and eventually, one species will likely outcompete the others.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
